In Store Pick ups:
For customers local to the DeKalb, IL area, you have the option of selecting "In Store Pick Up". We will e-mail you that your order is ready for pick up at Encore Clothing during their normal business hours (with ID). Encore will not be able to place orders or answers questions about orders or anything yarn related.
Credit Cards:
The memo on your credit card transaction will say "Encore Clothing".
Shipping Policies:
We ship most orders of in stock items the next business day.
We always ship matching dyelots unless we hear from you that mixed dyelots will work for you.
Backorders: We can not backorder items at this time.
Within the continental United States:
If you prefer USPS or UPS you can select these methods in the shopping cart.
If during checkout you choose to have your order shipped via UPS. Actual charges will be calculated for you. Sometimes the shipping calculator is offline, in which case we will e-mail you your charges.
Shipping Outside the USA: If you select ground, we charge actual shipping, Your choice of methods: USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or Global Express. The shopping cart may say that the shipping is zero, in which case we will e-mail you your actual shipping charges.
You should be aware of your countries duty charges. You should also be aware with fuel being very high, that shipping overseas is very expensive and we have no control over this. We can not ship items as "Gifts".
You can go to the US Mail site at www.USPS.com to look up rates before you order. Our Zip Code is 60115. Please factor in an additional pound for packing. You can also go to www.UPS.com to look up rates. UPS has a minimum shipping weight of 3lbs to most countries.
