Return Policy:
All regular orders are backed by a 100% refund guarantee of the purchase price less shipping charges. For orders over $65, the purchase price less $5.99 will be refunded if the total of the yarn kept is less than $65. No returns or exchanges of special orders.
If not satisfied, you may return it in the same condition received. No returns or exchanges of yarn that has been wound into balls. Please e-mail us to let us know that you are returning your purchase. Please include a copy of your sales order along with the reason for the return. Exchanges: Because we want you to be sure that you have enough yarn to complete your project, yarn can be exchanged if postmarked within 60 days of the original sale. No returns or exchanges of yarn that has been wound into balls. Please e-mail us to let us know that you will be returning yarn for exchange. Yarn needs to arrive in the same condition as sold. Please include a copy of your sales order in with your yarn. We will e-mail you your store credit amount when the yarn arrives. For orders over $65, the purchase price less $5.99 will be credited if the total of the yarn kept is less than $65. New shipping charges apply to orders using store credits. Exchange on yarn only, no returns or exchanges on other items after 7 days.
