Return Policy:

All sales are backed by a 100% refund guarantee of the purchase price less shipping charges. For orders over $50, the purchase price less $5.99 will be refunded if the total of the yarn kept is less than $50.

If not satisfied, you may return it in the same condition received. Please e-mail us to let us know that you are returning your purchase. Please include a copy of your sales order along with the reason for the return. Exchanges: Because we want you to be sure that you have enough yarn to complete your project, yarn can be exchanged if postmarked within 60 days of the original sale. Please e-mail us to let us know that you will be returning yarn for exchange. Yarn needs to arrive in the same condition as sold. Please include a copy of your sales order in with your yarn. We will e-mail you your store credit amount when the yarn arrives. For orders over $50, the purchase price less $5.99 will be credited if the total of the yarn kept is less than $50. New shipping charges apply to orders using store credits. Exchange on yarn only, no returns or exchanges on other items after 7 days.
