Needle Gauge

This gauge will be very helpful when you are knitting yarn that is handspun or you have lost the bands for - simply wrapping the yarn around any ruler and counting the number of wraps per 5 centimeter allows you to see which needle size suits that thread. This gauge is designed for average knitters, if you are a loose knitter please use a size smaller needle. If you are a tight knitter please use a size larger.
